Manual Therapy / Spinal Manipulation
Manual Therapy is a collection of techniques in which hand movements are skillfully applied to mobilize joints and soft tissues. These techniques are used to alleviate pain, improve motion, induce relaxation, reduce odema, improve pulmonary and musculoskeletal function.
Spinal manipulation is a therapeutic intervention performed on spinal articulations which are synovial joints. It’s designed to relieve pressure on joints, reduce inflammation, and improve nerve function. It’s often used to treat back, neck, peripheral joints and headache.
We are pleased to offer this service in our clinics, Wainwright and Provost.
